Terms of Use
This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the Fields Han Cunniff ("we" or “Fields Han Cunniff ") website (the "Site"), including all communications sent to us via the Site. “You" refers to any person or entity that accesses or uses the Site or chooses to contact us through the Site. This Agreement does not apply to any interactions or relationship that may exist or be established between Fields Han Cunniff and a client. Our client representations are governed by separate engagement letter.
We may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modification shall be effective 30 days after posting of the modified Agreement. Your access to or use of the Site after the modifications have become effective shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Agreement.
I. No Attorney-Client Relationship Created
Although we wish to hear from you, the Site is not intended to be a source of advertising, solicitation, or legal advice. Display of material on the Site is not intended to create, and receipt does not constitute, an attorney-client relationship. This information is not intended to substitute for obtaining legal advice from an attorney. Please be aware that the sending of an e-mail message to Fields Han Cunniff does not create an attorney-client relationship or contractually obligate Fields Han Cunniff to represent you as your attorney. Fields Han Cunniff cannot serve as your counsel in any matter unless you and our firm expressly agree, in writing, that we will serve as your attorney. No person should act or rely on any information in the Site without seeking the advice of an attorney.

Fields Han Cunniff does not wish to represent anyone desiring representation based upon viewing the Site in a state where the Site fails to comply with all laws and ethical rules of that state.

These contents belong or are licensed to Fields Han Cunniff. We hereby grant you the right to view and use the Site subject to this Agreement. You may download or print a copy of information provided in the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that such information may not be modified and is appropriately credited to Fields Han Cunniff. Permission to reprint or electronically reproduce any document or graphic in whole or in part for any other purpose is expressly prohibited, unless prior written consent is obtained from the respective copyright holder(s).
